We had a lovely time during our 3-night stay, enjoying the cozy breakfast area and the relaxing lounge. The room was well-kept, though it was a bit tight on space, and the Wi-Fi occasionally lagged when we were using it. Overall, great value for a family trip. just be ready for the hustle and bustle of the city! 😊

The hotel location is very convenient, just a short walk to major attractions like Times Square and Central Park. The staff members were kind and attentive, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The room, however, left much to be desired. I had a Standard Room with Two Double Beds, but it felt cramped and lacked comfortable seating options. The shower water pressure wasn’t great, making it hard to enjoy a refreshing wash. On the positive side, the bedding was okay, which is a plus in a busy place like New York. I also noticed additional charges for early check-in and luggage storage, which felt unnecessary. The area around is lovely for a stroll, but the confined space and extra fees detracted from my overall comfort.

Dived into the local eats, and Jenny's Marketplace was my jam for fresh bites—plenty of vegan options! Plus, the nearby Shake Shack had mouthwatering burgers. I also loved the hot shower. what a lifesaver after long walks!
However, the receptionist was a major buzzkill! Tried explaining, but she wasn’t having it. Total chaos, but I’m hopeful I won’t repeat this saga.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to popular areas, which kept the streets nice and quiet. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and created a welcoming atmosphere throughout my six-night stay.
The outside of the hotel has a rather grim appearance that may deter some guests.

It’s an appropriate option for a city holiday in New York with value for money. Breakfast was lacking, but nearby Hell's Kitchen had great places to eat. Bring your own snacks and drinks, as the in-house options are limited.

Very close to Times Square, which is super convenient. The bedsheets weren't clean, and the bathrooms needed more attention.

The view from the 7th floor was a delightful surprise, showcasing The Vessel illuminated at night. Staff were incredibly helpful, providing extra towels and assisting with subway navigation. However, the room felt shabby with limited space, an unreliable elevator, and a bathroom with a damp smell. Breakfast options were lacking, and the coffee was disappointing, contributing to a pile of plastic waste.
